Webinar Management-ENSAE Alumni
Priest, prophet or king, which manager are you?
Dear Alumni,
ENSAE Alumni invites you to take part in an interactive Webinar
Priest, prophet or king, which manager are you?
Management is usually approached from the point of view that human functioning is universal, and that all you have to do is learn how to do it.
But isn't there an innate part of us that shapes and conditions our relationship with things?
Am I first and foremost a producer of links, content or decisions?
According to this simple biblical image, we are all "priests, prophets and kings", but there are indeed "priests", "prophets" and "kings", and history has shown that they are rarely interchangeable.
How can we understand our own functioning and deliver, over time, the best fruitfulness for ourselves and for others?
Since 2011, François Bert has been President and Founder of EDELWEISS RH, a firm that advises companies and public organizations on building their teams, and coaches managers in situational discernment.
A graduate of the Ecole Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr, François Bert began his career as a lieutenant and captain in a parachute unit of the French Foreign Legion, before taking charge of executive training. In 2007, he joined the civilian world of finance as a portfolio manager. After completing a post-graduate degree in asset management at the University of Clermont-Ferrand, he joined a wealth management bank in 2009 as head of a regional corporate division.
At the same time, he provided professional guidance to over 800 people, gradually developing a method of discernment that is unique in its form and application. He created the "osteopathy of organization ©", which intervenes against "human cramps" by promoting the alignment of organizational charts and personalities.
In May 2019, he will create the ECOLE DU DISCERNEMENT, whose aim is to "train public and private decision-makers in decision-making".
François Bert is the author of the essay Le temps des chefs est venu (2016) and a management novel about the Great War, Cote 418 (2018).
