Acting on your Imposter Syndrome
According to the Journal of Behavioral Science, 70% of people worldwide suffer from impostor syndrome at some point in their lives.
Despite a successful professional life, these people doubt the legitimacy of their success. To deal with this feeling, I suggest you :
- assess your feelings of imposture
- shed light on any harmful strategies you may have put in place
- find solutions in the form of more favorable behaviors.
Duration: 2 hours
Number of participants: 15 to 25 people.
