In both private and professional life, dialogue is a key factor in fostering good relations between people who are close to each other. Founder of "L'Institut du Coaching" and expert for 30 years in supporting the personal and professional development of managers, Nelly Michelin supports executives and managers in four areas: personal development, communication, team dynamics and management. She is particularly motivated to support the growth of small and medium-sized businesses, with references from over a hundred companies of all sizes. In particular, she draws on her experience of coaching top athletes (both in terms of their relationships with their coaches and sponsors, and their personal balance), which she applies to the smooth running of the company. On Friday, October 22, 2021, she will be coming to present her methods and convictions in this field, which she is passionate about.
Nelly Michelin is a consultant, psychologist and psychotherapist with a master's degree in neuro-linguistic programming and another in Ericksonian communication. She has extensive experience in supporting managers, and in creating professional training modules. She is the author of the book "Repérer et développer les potentiels", published by "L'Institut du Coaching".
