ENSAE Paris Actuarial Evening

Join us for the ENSAE Paris Actuarial Evening, in partnership with the ENSAE Alumni Association, the Institute of Actuaries and with the support of Allianz. We look forward to welcoming you on Thursday November 6 from 6pm in the auditorium of the Allianz One tower (1 cours Michelet, La Défense) for an event built around two key moments.

A round-table discussion on "AI and insurance" with the participation of :

• Isabelle Hébert, Member of the Allianz ComEx and Head of the Data, Engagement, Marketing and Strategy Unit, Allianz France
• Olivier Lopez, Professor at ENSAE-CREST, Head of the Actuarial Studies Department at ENSAE Paris and Secretary General of the Institute of Actuaries.
• Philippe Talleux, Chairman of the Scientific Commission of the Institute of Actuaries
• Pierre Vaysse, Member of the ComEx of Allianz France in charge of the Property and Casualty Insurance Unit

The award ceremony for the best ENSAE Paris actuarial dissertation, with the following nominees:

• Jeanne Bessiere for her thesis "Towards a joint modeling of the impact of several climatic factors on mortality".
• Axel Merlin for his dissertation "Optimisation de l'allocation d'actifs cible en assurance-vie avec intelligence artificielle dans le cadre de Solvabilité 2" ("Optimization of target asset allocation in life insurance with artificial intelligence in the context of Solvency 2")
• Lou Nicolas for his dissertation "Estimating losses associated with a cyclone in Reunion Island".
• Marc Jodel Simo for his dissertation "Equité des modèles en assurance, mesure et mitigation des discriminations".

The event kicks off at 6.30pm with an introduction by Maylis Coupet, Director of ENSAE Paris, followed by a round-table discussion and the presentation of the ENSAE Paris Actuarial Dissertation Prize, and concludes with a cocktail reception.
