These bi-annual evening debates are dedicated to the professions of the future, generating jobs for future ENSAE-Paris Tech graduates.

The first Rendezvous of the 2018 academic year will bring us together around the theme:

Data, the New Black Gold of Fintechs and Banks?

Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm, at

The theme will address the following issues in particular:

- What does Big Data mean for banking? Retail Banking? Investment Banking? What are the main use cases for Big Data in banking?
- How has data become a crucial issue for the banking sector in recent years? Or a threat?
- How do traditional banks and fintechs approach the issue of data differently? Is Big Data a secret weapon unique to fintechs?
- How is data transforming the banking profession: from a business of trust to a business of data?
- What are the development challenges for banks in terms of quantitative marketing?
- What are the main threats to fintechs/financial institutions in tomorrow's data-driven world?

To answer these questions, a round table will bring together 4 speakers from the following companies:
