Appointments - David REVELIN (2004) appointed Deputy Director of International Affairs at the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR).

The entire Ensae Alumni community extends its warmest congratulations to David Revelin on his recent appointment asDeputy Director of International Affairs at the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR).

A graduate of ENSAE Paris (Master's degree, Applied Economics) and the Ecole Normale Supérieure (Master's degree, Economics), David also completed a third Master's degree in Business Law and Regulation at Sciences Po.

He began his career as an internal auditor at the IGF, Ministry of the Economy and Finance, before becoming Lecturer in macroeconomics at Sciences Po. He then joined the ACPR in 2007, where he successively held supervisory positions of increasing responsibility: Insurance Supervisor, then Deputy head of unit in international affairs (insurance), Head of unit in regulatory affairs (banking and insurance), then Head of unit in supervision of European and foreign insurance groups.

David has also been active at international level, notably at IAIS and EIOPA, where he chaired various working groups. He continued his international career as Banque de France representative in Singapore for ASEAN, South Asia and Oceania.

Since 2022, he has been working in Brussels as Financial Services Counsellor at the French Permanent Representation to the European Union, before joining the ACPR's International Department. The entire Ensae Alumni network wishes him every success in his new role, and is delighted by this recognition of his career.
