The scope of activities, technologies and organizations are changing at an accelerating pace, impacting job content, volume and structure. Customer service is becoming more personal, and some jobs are moving offshore. The new demographic context affects companies in different ways. Career paths are more uneven... The Social Cohesion Act of January 2005 requires companies and groups with over 300 employees to negotiate on GPEC every 3 years. Is it possible to provide greater cold visibility on the evolution of professions, to anticipate restructurings despite confidentiality issues, to make training and mobility rules more coherent, to better secure employability when we can less and less guarantee employment...?
