"REIGNITE - 100 days for a meaningful career

Pivoting in times of crisis, Finding a path that makes sense and Achieving your goals despite uncertainty

Whether the crisis impacts our jobs, our job search or our business, we face new challenges. Our prospects are called into question without our being properly prepared. In this context, increasing our efforts by simply repeating the recipes of the past is not enough, and may even slow down the necessary changes. But then we may wonder in which direction to go, how to pivot, or even where to start.

In this REIGNITE introductory webinar, we'll look at:

• How to get around the various barriers brought about by the crisis
• The four elements you need to master to bounce back
• How REIGNITE is organized to help you turn adversity into opportunity

REIGNITE is a 100-day intensive individualized coaching program to quickly put in place the essential elements for bouncing back, then gives access to group support until a new position is secured (internal or external) or for 12 months for self-employed professionals.

The aim is to give each participant the means to succeed, even in the event of a significant professional repositioning.

An international outlook is required, as participants come from different backgrounds and resources are in English. Language of group mentoring and individual coaching: French or English.
