Congratulations to Souleïma BADDI on another major distinction!

The Ensae Alumni Association is proud to honor Souleïma BADDI (2000), who has just been named Personality of the Year at the Commodities Innovation Awards 2025.

With a degree in finance from ENSAE Paris, Souleïma BADDI began her career in 2000 at Société Générale, where she held the position of Inspector for almost nine years, rising through the ranks from junior to senior.

In 2009, she joined Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB) in Geneva, as Managing Director and Deputy Head of Trade and Commodity Finance, affirming her expertise in international trade finance.

From 2017 to 2018, she also sat on the board of VAKT Global Ltd, a startup pioneering blockchain in the energy sector.

In 2018, she took an entrepreneurial turn by becoming CEO of Komgo, an innovative company specializing in the digitization of international trade finance, based in Geneva. Under her leadership, Komgo is establishing itself as a global leader in the sector's digital transformation.

At the same time, she contributes her strategic expertise as a member of SUCAFINA's Board of Directors and farmer connect since 2020.

This award recognizes an exceptional career, marked by Souleïma BADDI's drive to advance the industry through innovation, resilience and collaboration. Her visionary leadership inspires the community and helps shape the future of trade finance.
