Appointments - Olga CHESTIPEROVA (2001) appointed Head of Reinsurance APAC LatAm MENA Alternative Solutions at SCOR

The Ensae Alumni Association is delighted to announce the appointment of Olga Chestiperova (2001) as Head of Reinsurance APAC LatAm MENA Alternative Solutions.

A graduate of the École Polytechnique (1998) in fundamental mathematics applied to economics, Olga completed her training with an engineering diploma in statistics and economics at the École Polytechnique in Paris.nieur in statistics and economics from ENSAE Paris in 2001, after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in mathematics and statistics from Saint Petersburg State University in 1996.

Olga began her career as a Financial Guaranty Reinsurance Underwriter with AXA RE Finance in Paris. She then joined the AXA RE Group as Treaty Property Underwriter for the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Lloyd's Market, Scandinavia, Germany and Switzerland.

In 2004, she joined Paris Re to continue her underwriting activities on the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Lloyd's Market markets. In 2008, Olga joined Swiss Re, where she worked for over 12 years as Treaty Property Underwriter for the French market.

In 2020, she took a new turn in her career by joining Marsh France as a structured solutions consultant, before joining SCOR at the beginning of 2024 as Alternative Solutions Underwriter.

Drawing on her international expertise and excellent track record, Olga is now responsible for piloting alternative reinsurance solutions in the APAC, LatAm and MENA zones.
