Appointments - Promotion

Isabelle Hébert has been appointed a member of the Allianz France Executive Committee and Head of Allianz France's Data, Engagement, Marketing and Strategy Unit with effect from March 4, 2024.

Isabelle Hébert is a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, the École Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Économique (ENSAE 1997) and holds a Diplôme d'Études Approfondies (DEA) in economics. She has devoted her professional career to the insurance sector, both internationally and in France, where she has led transformation strategies based on innovation, digital and customer relationship marketing.

Isabelle Hébert began her career in health insurance in the USA with Cigna Corp. and then Aetna Inc. In 2010, she joined Malakoff Humanis as Director of Innovation, Strategy and Marketing. In 2013, she joined the MGEN mutual insurance company (Vyv Group), where she was Deputy Managing Director, before taking on the dual role of Director of Innovative Services for the Vyvv Group and Managing Director of the MGEN Group in 2017. In 2020, she joined the AG2R La Mondiale Group, where she was appointed Member of the Group Management Committee in charge of Strategy, Digital, Marketing and Customer Relations. Since 2022, she has been a Member of the Group Management Committee in charge of Omnichannel Distribution and Customer Relations at AG2R La Mondiale.

Since 2021, Isabelle Hébert has also been President of the Parité Assurance association, which aims to promote women in management and governance positions in the insurance, assistance and healthcare sectors.
