Appointments - Promotion

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Esmein as Chief Executive Officer of France Assureurs, effective April 15, 2024.

An engineer from the Corps des Mines, a graduate of ENSAE (class of 2004) and a qualified member of the Institute of Actuaries, Paul Esmein began his career inbegan his career in 2004 with the French insurance supervisor, Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR).

From 2008 to 2013, he worked at the Treasury Department of the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty.

In 2014, he joined the Covéa Group, where he held several positions, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer and General Secretary from 2020 to the end of 2022.
